   He's way more drunk than you and driving very bad/erratically about to likely crash in to sum1, you're fine to drive but you might slur your words a little bit if you call the cops on them, what would you do?

   What Lanny said, but make sure you tell them he's way more drunk than you. They'll know when you slur your words, so you need to make sure they know you could tell just by his expression. Then pull the keys out of the ignition and put them under the car - that way they can't arrest you.
