Actually they do because for extraditions which cost usually millions of dollars (ask kev he told me this) and they only go after the big fish like high level porn makers or human traffickers they need warant and it has to pretty much break the local laws. countries never extradite people to the us or your country canada if they dont break their laws but yours on the internet. show me one exmaple when it happened. -
