I am just going with what good ol Wikipedia stated. how it was linked to Totse. who knows who first posted about it. I mean if it is a true story that came out of some poor country in Africa or the islands somewhere, it could of been discussed in another country on mainstream news. but they associated it to totse because totse showed how to make it (which is just shit in a bottle?) and how to huff it? -
