I ran into someone big in the BBS. I looked it up later. I was finishing off my last delivery (probably rigged that way to see if I would do what it was I did) and 2 blocks away in the outer Richmond dist I drove to Archive.org. and was going to snap a photo for you guys with my face in front of the Company Sign outside when all of a sudden a Guy pulled up behind me, old 4 door Japanese sedan like a Honda or Corolla er something. and he looked pissed
and I said, Hey, I'll leave in a moment if you want this spot and he said "no im ok where Im at" and I asked him "hey is there a way to find a page removed from your site's Waybackmachine" and he didnt look happy and said to me "You know, the owner can have his bbs page removed anytime he wants"
I cringed for him inside because I didnt say shit about a forum board.
It may have been Joe Russel I think from the BBS documentary. Hi Joe, if you're reading this. It's not a big deal but it made my day. however it could be a doppleganger of him.
he had a bunch of old seagate like hard drives. I have some myself I could have donated if they needed them. Maybe he just was having a bad day and I picked up on it all wrong
lol but I mean come on. I didnt say 'find a page from an old BBS removed'. Just a page removed from a site.

Muay thai or kickboxing 3 days of the week, lifting weights etc rest of week.
Aim for an hour of cardio a day and stop eating tacos and drinking alcohol.
Sugar, grease and seed fats are terrible of you want to get in shape
I think the hardest part for most people is probably controlling their appetite.
Stinging nettle root supposedly helps with lowering blood pressure while also boosting testosterone if you must supplement. A lot of people require an estrogen blocker with it though. -
