^I really hope this dude's family makes fun of him forever over a grown ass man having to be rescued by boat from what is clearly only a few inches of water.
The damn car behind them could easily just drive out of it.
Instead they called in SUPER HELICOPTER 911 RED CROSS FEMA LIFEGAURD to save a nigga.
Not to be racist just singling him out on the front of the boat looking all confused and shit.

And clearly you can see that everything on the other side of that canal/river is completely dry and unaffected so there is no reason it is a disaster when people can just go over there.

There are low spots and high spots.

Most people that get into these situations are poor and ignorant. Not usually good at planning ahead.
A lot of poor communities are built in places prone to this sort of thing, also. Its mind boggling humans continue building dwellings in places prone to catastrophic natural disasters.
Hurricane katrina and pretty much any poor community that is on the coast and where the homes arent specially built to withstand hurricanes.
Humans are dumb. Fukushima and chernobyl are other good examples, although not as much weather related. -

The idiots huffed and puffed about how bad the epic tropical storm was going to be, and when it didn't amount to shite they resorted to planting their crisis-actors to try to save face. Not only that but they wasted a ton of DRINKING WATER to flood the streets to try to put on the appearance that there was a bit of bad weather ( if they could have sourced more water to mis-use they surely would have ).
Of course these fools claim they know how to predict the weather and they are happy to guarantee that humans have caused the sea level to rise dangerously.. but somehow they messed up predicting this storm. The same folks that say we need to ban cars wasting all this water just to put on a sick spectacle. -

Having women and children in these situations can be like dead weight.
Ive swam in flooded rivers, waded and walked through shallower parts. Woke up in a flooded river once too. There are highly trained people that die in flood waters. Not to be underestimated.
The hardest workout ive had in my life was swimming in a flooded river that kills people every year. Trying to fight the current took every bit of energy i had and exhausted my whole body.
Had to push off the bottom and go to the bank immediately. This is after it calmed down quite a bit too.
You also never know how fast the water level will rise. Nature is a moody unpredictable whore. Ever been hit with a wall of water? Not fun.
Im from 'flashflood alley' so this piqued my interest somewhat. -
