Most of them lived in south St. Louis City near the Bevo area (mostly lower middle class whites) but many now have moved even further south into St. Louis County and Jefferson County into more middle class white neighborhoods. They seem to have assimilated fairly well so far. I expect the same with the Afghans.

Your example makes no sense. Bosnians were already better and more civilised people than Americans. Of course they don't cause problems. -
