Killing nearly twice as many people than those in Hiroshima and Nagasaki Atomic Blasts.

Germans back then were actually really nice people. Everyone i know thats been stationed there or lived there for other reasons noticed germans were the nicest people in Europe.

Did your parents or grandparents remember German 1 or TWO buzz bombs drop out of the sky? Like they were close as fuck, people wouldn't worry much until they went complete silent. Then an entire neighborhood would go into full panic mode.
Then again, people were probably only half panicking and half observent and stood outside before bolting for cover if the things suddenly dropped.
Also did the Germans actually fly over with bombers and full on raids onto London or did they never really get over England? What about fighter planes shooting up neighborhoods?
I expect at least costal cities in the USA will get invaded by Russia or china troops one day if people like Clinton and Biden keep reducing military bases.
Japan did strike San Francisco costal and LA a few times from subs. Canon fire from shells a few time. I think Monterey and Other small port towns -

2021-09-01 at 2:44 AM UTCIt's got to be hard looking outside knowing some crazy shit took place like that. but when it was happening, people just adjusted to the times as if 'that is wut the current times are all about' and not so much panic-stricken; like Hollywood tries to portray. the first time or first few times, yes. but after awhile it's like you're going with the flow, hoping no one dies but not freaking loosing it. people were stoic in the world back then. not like today. Show Boating emotions.
the best way to die is panick.
A: because you're not using survival mode to make the best judgement I'm told
B: if the enemy is near by, you're gonna get Shot or Stabbed by bayonets.
C: If you're like that with other people and they run into a cellar for cover, they're gonna lock the door on your ass or push you out. LOL or Slap you to "Pull it together". -

So, it was a situation that he was tired of hiding everytime the air-raids ran and figured False Alert. or was he sick with the flu or what happened? did your grandparents rebuild or said "Eh fuk this, lets move farther out into the country"
