    I think he said there is a tumor in his arm or shoulder. Not sure if it started there or how it works but thats pretty close to internal organs.

    My cancer started odd officially with some referred pain, meaning pain in my hip could cause pain somewhere down my leg or some bullshit like that. Nerve pain can press on nerves and cause pain down the line somewhere or other.
    
    In reality my pain was mostly actual pain, but it could present differently.
