but it's only worse in other countries. Honestly the cool European Alternatives have become flooded with violence more and more.
If I had a million, I would move to Ukraine or Romania. to some small village and learn the language and get Married to a cute 35 year old divorce or Widow. with big ass titties. -

Its not here in the USA and in california it's laughable. it will get you through maybe 15 years as a renter if all you did was pay for rent with it. not to mention in 10 years it will be worth 66% of todays value. if not less.
but in places like Eastern Europe they say 400k could afford you a house and a budgeted retirement but 1 million is pretty solid. even with basic inflation counted in for the next 20-25 years.

you forgot to include bribe money.
on paper 400k sounds like decent money to get a house but as a foreigner there are dozens of officials in multiple department that you need to bribe to grease your application thru, else it could take years and by the time you get your house your childbride would have grown up and bear another mans child. -

I can't get you an Irish status, but it's simple enough if you have an Irish grandparent.
We don't accept refugees from the US purely for political reasons, it simply isn't happening. We get them from time to time, they don't get reported in the media, and they always get rejected. Refugee status only applies for Africans and Afghans. Sometimes people from eastern Europe get it too, but in general it's only for non-Europeans. For instance think about if Julian Assange or one of the Jan 6th protestors came here for asylum - what would happen? -
