    I honestly didn't read that deeply...but I didn't see anywhere that suggested the FBI supplied him with vehicles and weapons so that he might perform domestic terrorism...can you copy/paste that bit.
    
    But even then...singular incidents aren't proof of a systemic problem. A bit like cops shooting nogs...just because 1 or 2 do it doesn't mean it's mandated by "the system"
