Can you make links open in a new tab?

Its a browser setting somewhere.
Not on my end otherwise I wouldn't have made the thread. I know on Reddit it's a website option, not a browser option. I fairly certain it's that way on phpBB3 also. This is the only site that doesn't automatically do it for me.
I know it's also something that can be buried in HTML (parent, iframe, new tab)
Again, if this isn't something that can be done, it's whatever. I was just hoping I'm not the only one who wants tabs to open lol -
