This shit was funny. I'm in NY in a dollar store and this little puerto rican girl looks at this white guy and says "granny that guy is not wearing a mask!" and the granny shakes her head and says "it's ok it's ok they just do not know better" and the hipster scowls at the fat abuela and pulls out his vape and blows a MASSIVE vape cloud at the abuela bitch making her start yelling and fanning it away and the little girl is crying and the hipster just walks away and the puerto rican abuela granny was yelling about call the cops and I was laughing my ass off she looked at me and scowled and just ended up leaving. That was awesome. What a time to be alive tho it's kinda scary to think what all this really means

It is a good time for the Last Experience.

I say that because what I used to believe was self prophet fulfilling is clearly not.

It's bringing me back to the glow of acceptance to Jesus that I fought not to believe out of my own hate for the world

That being said I still have guilts of laughing at shit like this story. I thought the hipster culture was dying out but I went to NYC in 2019 and was like, nope it's still out here. And Portland I'm sure. Fad comes and goes. I saw one near central park having problems getting his portable walkman cassette to work. No lie. It caught my attention that it was eating his tape. I wonder what the hipster faggot was listening to.

Same. I feel like I haven't fully accepted Christ as a real, perpetual, existing deity until recently. I had some times where I straight up said fuck religion and didn't believe anything. But some shit I see out there, I laugh but then later I reflect and just think how it all adds up

I used to listen to that in the 80s on a Walkman knockoff Cassette player. dont remember once it chewing up a tape. most tapes were mixed I made from the albums I had. decent. came across it at my moms not long ago. maybe 2015. the batteries from probably late 80s (last time I probably used it) were all corroded powder. hardly any of the housing was left. I just tossed it out but I plugged the headphones into the cassette player she had in the house with the old mixed tape. they sounded pretty good for 35 year old headphones. not super great but decent. better than most cheap ear buds today.
