You might be careful. By NOT calling the landlord to fix a 'leaking' pipe/fixture right when you see it needs fixing- could 'legally' cost you the whole repair plus any other additional damage. Your best bet would be is to 'inform' your landlord immediately & let him deal with it- regardless if you think you could fix it.

It's still fucked up and leaks, i think the tube on the inside got pitted and needs to be replaced and Idk how to do that, looks like I need a new sink to me also the bottom has serrated teeth and I can't get it to connect properly.
And I doubt anyone here could either, there are plenty of pictures and people are telling me to do shit that is literally impossible and not even what you are supposed to do. it's a retard sink, that's the problem. Everything here is a retard device and they had to come in on friday and go through literally every vent and deconnect internal wall sensor fire bullshit because it caused false alarms and set off the building alarm whenever it rang. Whoever built this place was stupid, everything is fucked.
I am actively working on it and it's no longer in my hands because the problem is bigger than a simple fix. The building is old and everything is breaking. -

turn off the water.
wipe everything dry and turn it back on and see where the water is leaking from. -

"#3" isn't a measurement for allen wrenches by the way, dumb ass. They are either metric or SAE depending on what the application is. An example of metric would be 1mm, 2mm, 3mm et cetera, and an example of SAE would be 1/4, 5/8, 9/16 et cetera.
