    Former RNC chair to Jim Jordan on Jan. 6: 'You know, b****, what time you called the president'
    Jeremy Beaman

    Former Republican National Committee Chairman Michael Steele called Ohio Rep. Jim Jordan a "son of a b****" for his recent remarks that he wasn't certain whether he spoke to former President Donald Trump on Jan. 6.

    The former RNC chairman, a frequent critic of the former president, expressed disbelief that Jordan would be uncertain of the details of his conversation with Trump surrounding Jan. 6.

    "I can tell you the time, the place, the date of every conversation I've had with every president of this country, period," Steele said during a Thursday livestream for the Lincoln Project, a group of current and former Republican operatives who oppose Trump. "Going back to Bill Clinton, I can tell you where I was. I can tell you what was said. This son of a b**** is sitting up there acting like, 'Well, I don't know if it was before. I don't know if it was after. Oh, lordy, Jesus, I don't remember. I got to look at my notes.' You know, b****, what time you called the president, and you know what you said."

    Steele then compared Jordan, who's a "grown a** man," to a 10-year-old who "got caught masturbating by [his] mama."

    "Stop it," he advised Jordan.

    On Tuesday, Jordan told Fox's Bret Baier that he "can't remember all the days" he spoke with Trump after being asked whether he and the former president talked on the day of the Capitol riot.

    "Yes, I mean I've talked to the president — I've talked to the president so many — I can't remember all the days I've talked to him, but I've certainly talked to the president," Jordan said.

    He subsequently acknowledged specifically speaking to Trump on Jan. 6 in a separate interview.

    "I spoke with him that day, after? I think after," Jordan told Spectrum News reporter Taylor Popielarz. "I don't know if I spoke with him in the morning or not. I just don't know ... I don't know when those conversations happened."

    Jordan, a close Trump ally, and Indiana Rep. Jim Banks were blocked by Speaker Nancy Pelosi from serving on the chamber's commission investigating Jan. 6 after Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy selected them and three others to participate in the commission.

    McCarthy subsequently pulled all five of his appointees from the commission, leaving Trump critics Reps. Liz Cheney and Adam Kinzinger as the only Republicans on the committee.

    Trump was impeached for his words and actions preceding the Jan. 6 Capitol attack, but he was later acquitted in the Senate. He was previously impeached on two Ukraine-related charges in 2019 before being acquitted in the Senate.

    NOTICE OF DEMAND TO HAVE THE PEOPLE RECLAIM CONTROL OF GRAND JURY

    To: (Senate State Legislature)

    To: (House Legislature)

    To: (State Governor)

    To: (State Attorney General)

    From: (One of the People _____________ State)

    Notice of Demand to have the People Reclaim Control of Grand Jury

    Notice to Agent is Notice to Principal and Notice to Principal is Notice to Agent

    I, _____________________________, one of the People as seen in _____________ State Constitution, Sui Juris, am giving you this notice that you and any and all of your agents may be notified and give due care;

    I declare that the People have all political power as shown in the 50 state constitutions;

    I declare that the government workers are the servants and trustees of the people as seen in the Georgia, Virginia, and Massachusetts Constitution as they described the role of the government worker in a Republic (See evidence below):

    Georgia Bill Of Rights Section 2 Paragraph I:

    Origin and Foundation of Government

    All government, of right, originates with the people, is founded upon their will only, and is instituted solely for the good of the whole. Public officers are the trustees and servants of the people and are at all times amenable to them.[Emphasis by Highlight Added] Virginia Constitution Bill of Rights Section 2 Section 2: People the Source of Power That all power is vested in, and consequently derived from, the people, that magistrates are their trustees and servants, and at all times amenable to them. [Emphasis by Highlight Added]

    Massachusetts Declaration of Rights Article V:

    All power residing originally in the people, and being derived from them, the several magistrates and officers of government, vested with authority, whether legislative, executive, or judicial, are their substitutes and agents, and are at all times accountable to them. [Emphasis by Highlight Added]

    Please take further notice that the forefathers in this land considered Public Officers to just be servants, trustees, agents and substitutes of the People and in no way higher than or a special class that is greater than the people;

    Please take further notice that nowhere in any of the 50 Republican States does the government have power over the people;

    Please take Further notice that I, one of the People, do realize that the Courts seems to have a hard time prosecuting

    pedophiles in positions of power, government officials who refuse to follow the law that governs them, and those as private entities partnering with federal programs that oppress the people in administrative tribunals and the like, that are foreign to our Constitutions;

    Please take further notice that I, as one of the People, do realize that as servants, you are not granted authority by any State Constitution to force mandates, mask, any vaccine, drug or any other thing that may infringe on the liberty of the people;

    It is, therefore my intent, wish, and demand, as one of the People, that all Grand Jury Process be returned back to the people, that the people may prosecute all government officials who fail to stand upon oaths or follow State and Federal Constitutions and laws. All State Constitutions are created by the people, therefore, the people have a right to have an accountable government. It is no longer my wish, that Bar Association members control who will be prosecuted, while at the same time persuading the Legislatures of the 50 states to make statutes to obtain gain from the people in the various administrative programs.

    Please take further notice that the Federal Grand Jury Handbook (see page one or photograph below

    https://www.uscourts.gov/sites/default/files/grand-handbook.pdf]

    ORIGIN AND HISTORY OF THE GRAND JURY

    The grand jury has a long and honorable tradition. It was recognized in the Magna Carta, the first English constitutional document, which King John granted in 1215 at the demand of his subjects. The first English grand jury consisted of 12 men selected from the knights or other freemen, who were summoned to inquire into 2 crimes alleged to have been committed in their local community. Thus, grand jurors originally functioned as accusers or witnesses, rather than as judges.

    This clearly demonstrates that the Grand Jury’s were noted in the common law all the way back to the Magna Carta, which in number 61, it is clearly stated that it was even used to hold Public Officers accountable who decided to harm the People or go against their oath.

    (Please see number 61 as evidence)

    [Note: The word Baron most like means man from the root word Baro] https://avalon.law.yale.edu/medieval/magframe.asp 61.

    Since, moveover, for God and the amendment of our kingdom and for the better allaying of the quarrel that has arisen between us and our barons, we have granted all these concessions, desirous that they should enjoy them in complete and firm endurance forever, we give and grant to them the underwritten security, namely, that the barons choose five and twenty barons of the kingdom, whomsoever they will, who shall be bound with all their might, to3-3 observe and hold, and cause to be observed, the peace and liberties we have granted and confirmed to them by this our present Charter, so that if we, or our justiciar, or our bailiffs or any one of our officers, shall in anything be at fault towards anyone, or shall have broken any one of the articles of this peace or of this security, and the offense be notified to four barons of the foresaid five and twenty, the said four barons shall repair to us (or our justiciar, if we are out of the realm) and, laying the transgression before us, petition to have that transgression redressed without delay. And if we shall not have corrected the transgression (or, in the event of our being out of the realm, if our justiciar shall not have corrected it) within forty days, reckoning from the time it has been intimated to us (or to our justiciar, if we should be out of the realm), the four barons aforesaid shall refer that matter to the rest of the five and twenty barons, and those five and twenty barons shall, together with the community of the whole realm, distrain and distress us in all possible ways, namely, by seizing our castles, lands, possessions, and in any other way they can, until redress has been obtained as they deem fit, saving harmless our own person, and the persons of our queen and children; and when redress has been obtained, they shall resume their old relations towards us. And let whoever in the country desires it, swear to obey the orders of the said five and twenty barons for the execution of all the aforesaid matters, and along with them, to molest us to the utmost of his power; and we publicly and freely grant leave to everyone who wishes to swear, and we shall never forbid anyone to swear. All those, moveover, in the land who of themselves and of their own accord are unwilling to swear to the twenty five to help them in constraining and molesting us, we shall by our command compel the same to swear to the effect foresaid. And if any one of the five and twenty barons shall have died or departed from the land, or be incapacitated in any other manner which would prevent the foresaid provisions being carried out, those of the said twenty five barons who are left shall choose another in his place according to their own judgment, and he shall be sworn in the same way as the others. Further, in all matters, the execution of which is entrusted,to these twenty five barons, if perchance these twenty five are present and disagree about anything, or if some of them, after being summoned, are unwilling or unable to be present, that which the majority of those present ordain or command shall be held as fixed and established, exactly as if the whole twenty five had concurred in this; and the said twenty five shall swear that they will faithfully observe all that is aforesaid, and cause it to be observed with all their might. And we shall procure nothing from anyone, directly or indirectly, whereby any part of these concessions and liberties might be revoked or diminished; and if any such things has been procured, let it be void and null, and we shall never use it personally or by another.

    Please take further notice that I, as one of the people, do realize that the setup of government of today, where Attorneys and government workers collaborate in order to hide or conceal bonds and private assets is outside of the original and lawful design. Furthermore, working together in unconstitutional programs with immunity, or through agents is not consistent with the Republican 50 State Constitutions and it is my belief that government workers are not capable of fairly holding each other accountable. They have never been granted constitutional authority to limit the people from addressing Grand Jury’s without the interference of government workers or Bar Association members;

    Please take notice that the People have assembled, and consulted, and are sending notice to all States in order to reclaim our authority and to clean up any corruption in any office or seat. The Public Servants are all Accountable to the People and at all times amenable to them. If you believe these statements are false and that you have been granted the power in the State Constitutions to refuse the people from face to face discussion of wrong, against the people, with Grand Juries, please show where you have that authority and generate a public statement of your refusal for complete Grand Jury access to the people to who wish to show wrongs done to them by government actors or those working in any program that may harm the people.

    Pennsylvania GOP lawmaker slams effort to audit the 2020 election results 'absent credible evidence of fraud'
    insider@insider.com (John L. Dorman)

    Pennsylvania state Sen. Dan Laughlin criticized a GOP-led 2020 election audit in an op-ed.

    "Donald Trump lost Pennsylvania because Donald Trump received fewer votes," he wrote.

    Biden defeated Trump in Pennsylvania by 1%, or roughly 80,000 votes out of 6.9 million ballots cast.

    A GOP lawmaker in Pennsylvania is criticizing his party's efforts to push a "forensic" audit of the 2020 statewide election results that saw President Joe Biden defeat former President Donald Trump.

    In a Pittsburgh Tribune-Review op-ed that ran on Thursday, state Sen. Dan Laughlin of Erie County spoke out against an investigation of the election results, emphasizing that such a probe would be conducted "absent credible evidence of fraud" and would "only further the paranoid atmospherics, poisoning both parties."

    "The current attempt to discredit the 2020 election results runs headlong into an unmistakable truth," Laughlin wrote. "While Donald Trump narrowly lost Pennsylvania, the same ballots secured Republican control of the state Senate and House, sent several incumbent Democrats packing, and did so amid record turnout and an expanded voting franchise."

    He added: "Donald Trump lost Pennsylvania because Donald Trump received fewer votes."

    Laughlin rebuked the efforts of conservative state Sen. Doug Mastriano, who has been the leading force behind a potential audit in the Keystone State that has Trump's blessing.

    PA AG is ‘absolutely confident’ he can stop a statewide 2020 election audit

    Mastriano met with Trump earlier this summer at Trump Tower in Manhattan and traveled to Arizona to meet with GOP lawmakers and tour the audit site. The senator has sought to inspect voting equipment through a "forensic" audit, modeling the investigation after the GOP-led probe in Maricopa County, Arizona's most populous jurisdiction.

    In the op-ed, Laughlin rebuked the Arizona audit, saying that the process "undermined public trust."

    "An outside vendor with a preconceived position was asked to 'audit' the ballots and equipment," he wrote. "The only credible result has been an undermined public trust in democracy and a cost of millions of dollars to taxpayers who must now replace voting machines that were decertified because a third party had tinkered with them."

    Trump, who pushed debunked election conspiracy theories well before the 2020 election, said in June that GOP leaders who weren't lined up behind him were "stupid, corrupt, or naïve" and "will be primaried and lose by big numbers."

    Mastriano initiated an investigation last month, requesting access to the ballot machines in Philadelphia, Tioga, and York counties. While Philadelphia is one of the most Democratic jurisdictions in the entire county, consistently delivering massive margins for the party's statewide candidates, Tioga and York are dominated by Republicans.

    To date, none of the counties have complied, despite Mastriano's threat of a subpoena if the officials didn't turn over machines by July 31.

    Pennsylvania already completed a narrow "risk-limiting audit" of the 2020 election, with counties auditing a selection of votes; there was no evidence of the sort of widespread fraud alleged by Trump.

    Biden bested Trump in the Keystone State by a little over 1% of the vote, or roughly 80,000 votes out of 6.9 million ballots cast.

    GOP Rep. Paul Gosar's siblings denounced him in a scathing op-ed: 'Have you no sense of decency, Paul?'
    kvlamis@insider.com (Kelsey Vlamis)

    The siblings of GOP. Rep. Paul Gosar ripped into him in a new op-ed.

    Published by NBC, the op-ed accuses Gosar of helping to incite the riot at the Capitol.

    The siblings suggested Gosar does not have the "intellect, character or maturity" to be in Congress.

    Three of Rep. Paul Gosar's siblings penned an op-ed denouncing many of their brother's actions and accusing him of helping to incite the January 6 attack at the Capitol.

    The scathing op-ed, published by NBC News, was written by Dave Gosar, Jennifer Gosar, and Tim Gosar, and includes a long list of their brother's actions, asking "have you no sense of decency, Paul?"

    The list includes the Republican from Arizona downplaying COVID-19 and saying jedi billionaire philanthropist George Soros turned jedi people in to the Nazis.

    "It seems, in fact, that you are immune to shame. In addition to betraying your family and causing irreparable damage to the relationships within it, you decided to betray your country by helping incite the Jan. 6 domestic terrorist attack on the Capitol," the op-ed said.

    The siblings named actions Gosar took that they thought incited the riot, including sharing false claims about the results of the 2020 election.

    They also accused him of gaslighting everyone by painting Ashli Babbitt, the Trump supporter who was killed by police while participating in the riot, as an "innocent bystander."

    Gosar has frequently praised Babbitt. He said she was "executed" and accused the Capitol Police of "lying in wait" for her, comments that were condemned by his colleagues.

    "Maybe you don't know how you got to this very dark place, Paul. Unfortunately, we have some ideas," his siblings wrote. "Maybe it's because you're in way over your head in Congress and don't have the intellect, character or maturity to be in that leadership role. Maybe your lifelong, insecure need for the approval of others caused you to sacrifice your common decency and integrity to satisfy Trump and his followers in order to keep your seat."

    It's not the first time Gosar's siblings have publicly criticized him. In 2018, six of them appeared in an ad endorsing Gosar's political opponent in the midterm election, Democratic candidate Dr. David Brill. Recently, they have called him a "pathological liar" and "a traitor to this country."

    At the time of the 2018 ad, Gosar accused his siblings of being "disgruntled Hillary supporters" who "hate President Trump."

    BREAKING REPORT: A House Foreign Affairs Committee Member probe has CONCLUDED COVID leaked from the Wuhan lab... - Chuck Callesto
  16. stl1 Cum Lickin' Fagit
    Here is the real story:

    Business Insider
    House Republicans published a report blaming the COVID-19 outbreak on a Chinese lab leak, but the US intelligence community has yet to back the theory
    acollman@businessinsider.com (Ashley Collman)

    REPUBLICANS on the House Foreign Affairs Committee released a report blaming COVID-19 on a lab leak.

    The theory has been gaining popularity but has not been backed by the US intelligence committee.

    The report theorizes that lab workers were accidentally infected in unsafe working conditions.

    REPUBLICANS on the House Foreign Affairs Committee released a report on Monday blaming the COVID-19 outbreak on a Chinese lab leak - a theory that has been gaining popularity but has yet to gain the support of the US intelligence community.

    Monday's release was an addendum to the original report on the origins of the pandemic released by the committee's minority staff last September.

    While the original report focused mainly on China's role in downplaying the outbreak, the addendum included details from records released in the past year to draw the conclusion that the virus was accidentally released from a Wuhan Institute of Virology (WIV) laboratory.

    Below are highlights from the report. It should be noted that the staff report is only a hypothesis based on open source records.

    The Committee Minority Staff BELIEVE COVID-19 was "accidentally released from a Wuhan Institute of Virology Laboratory sometime prior to September 12, 2019."

    That date is when the institute's public database of samples and virus sequences was taken offline in the middle of the night.

    That same day, the WIV announced a $1.2 million security project to hire gatekeepers and guards, install video surveillance, and institute security patrols to handle the "registration and reception of foreign personnel."

    The report hypothesized that the virus first spread to lab staff due to unsafe conditions, noting that a relatively new hazardous waste treatment system and central air conditioning system underwent renovations in July 2019 and September 2019.

    The report's authors said these projects "raise questions about how well these systems were functioning prior to the outbreak."
    An air conditioning system that wasn't functioning properly "likely resulted in lower than ideal air circulation ... enabling particles to remain suspended in the air longer," the report said.

    THE REPUBLICANS believe the first lab workers were infected in late August or early September 2019, and spread the virus to central Wuhan. This is the earliest outbreak date given so far. The original report pinpointed the virus emerging in mid-November 2019.
    The 2019 Military World Games, held in Wuhan in October 2019, may have been one of the first "super spreader" events and how the virus spread globally so fast. Many of the athletes at the event reported feeling sick with symptoms consistent with COVID-19, and went back to countries that later became early hotspots for the virus.

    The idea that COVID-19 escaped from a lab was one theory raised in the early days of the outbreak, since the WIV conducts research on coronaviruses. But China shut down that line of inquiry early on by blaming the outbreak on a Wuhan wet market.

    REPUBLICANS including Sen. Tom Cotton and former President Donald Trump often pushed the lab leak theory last year, but it was largely dismissed at the time as a conspiracy theory.

    But the theory has regained popularity in recent months after China refused to be fully transparent with a World Health Organization investigation into COVID-19's origins.

    The theory has yet to be confirmed by the US intelligence committee, though it is likely to be addressed by the end of the month. In late May, President Joe Biden gave the US intelligence committee 90 days to conclude a probe on COVID-19's origins, meaning a report is due by late August.

    It was reported at the time that the US intelligence committee was split over two possible theories: That the virus emerged from a lab, or that the virus emerged naturally from human contact with infected animals, a source told the Financial Times in May.

    There is a lot of smoke but no proof yet. I believe an accidental release of the virus is a definite possibility but unproven and being politicized to stir up their base without any actual proof. Fucking Republicans once again unable to deal in reality.
