    Jill the Cloud*

He is in all things. Sometimes when a gust of wind flies by if you listen very closely you'll hear the faintest 'grab your ankles'. Whenever you have a gay thought Jill is there. And since we're all massive faggots, Jill will always be with us, within us...

Some of his cloud accounts he uses for serious postings though. You'll spot him if you know where to look.

If you give me his IP, i'll blacklist his from all of the internet. It's easy as a matter of fact you can do it to, just run a scan of the entire internet with a multithreaded mass scanner, while you spoof his IP as the source address, UDP scan works best.

doubt he has a static IP, even if he did it'd probably just lead to him getting shitloads of captchas

which, given he's drunk and retarded would probably stop him from accessing a lot of stuff lol

It's a real problem though, if you do have a static address and your ISP sees your(their) IP on one of the major blacklist maintainers they are liable to put a hard block on your internet access. hard block means they don't just stop providing DNS service, which is easy to circumvent and easy for them to take off. A hard block stops your internet access entirely, pending an investigations which can take up to a couple of months if you're unlucky.

It is unclear to me what they do exactly(ISP Blue team), but this happened to a buddy of mine, he plays a lot of online FPS, and he sucks bigly at netsec, or any kind of sec really, they sniffed his IP, spoofed in Masscan or Zmap and got him on a major blacklist provider.

He was like Soph halp. So i was like alright. And i spent an hour on the phone with his provider, finally got someone with actual networking knowledge on the line. Explained the situation, thank Christ he knew what i was talking about, before that i head first line idiots and they said: Yes our security center did this. So when i asked to be connected to the folks at security they flat out refused. When i got the guy on the line that knew his shit i asked him why the hell his colleagues didn't want to connect me to security. Turns out it's not actually their security it's a third party they contract with, and contracts prevent customers from getting in contact with security directly. Instead first line has three layers of bureaucracy to go through before they're even allowed to send a ticket.

Fortunately the guy i had on the line checked all the blacklist maintainers, saw what the problem was made a special prio ticket to security and CC'd us in the email so we finally got in contact with the fucking ISP blue team firm, and they were like, oh, our bad. And boom everything restored.

    that's fucked

I've never heard of anyone getting nullrouted except for being a major C&C or publicly hosting malware

I've had to deal with it plenty too; most of the time getting blacklisted only affects email and automation checks
