Um no, you must have a really bad memory.

I remember my age too, I wouldn't say I'm "keeping tabs" on it because of that.

    Keeping tabs:

to carefully watch (someone or something) in order to learn what that person or thing is doing We are keeping tabs on their movements.

I take no care in reading an update on my vehicle value...or my age.

keep tabs on (someone or something) To routinely monitor or observe someone or something; to keep track of someone or something. It was revealed that the FBI kept tabs on him for years just because he once attended a meeting of a radical group. Keep tabs on the amount of feedback we get so that we know how many people this issue affects.

Keeping tabs is an observance of putting marker tabs in a book/document so you can refer back to it, re: giving it priority over the other text in said books/documents.

I don't keep tabs on the value of my car, I read it and categorize it no more importantly than anything else in the report...so no tabs required.

    BOOM YELLA FELLA.

    eta: YES, I SAID IT...BOOOOOOOM

It's a permanent need, not a temporary one. Couple of times every month I'll be driving to the middle of nowhere loaded up with highly shyentific equipment and either camping there or sleeping in said vehicle.

I don't think you understand the word "vanity"...it would only be vanity if I myself was a star.

How do you get this monthly valuation from CK? I use their app often and would be interested in checking something like this as I may be looking for a new car in the next few months. Good time to trade in!
