I like to keep abreast of my finances yes...like every responsible adult should.
I'm semi considering getting a new car in the next year or so so keeping an eye on the value for the current vehicle is obviously conducive to that.
I'm sure you do the same with your bicycle. -

how does knowing the reasonable price of your car right now have anythimg to do with the prices of your future car. -

because if the value jumped significantly again..say another 1200 it might prompt me to take advantage of it's short term inflated value and trade it in NOW rather than in 3,6,9 months etc.
Wow...just wow Vincent...no wonder you're poor -

the only reason the prices of old cars jump higher is because the prices of new cars jumped even higher or has become unattainable.
economics 102.

Not how it works Vincent...size of vehicle, desirability of the vehicle, how economical it is also play a part. In Houston used small economical commuter cars are at a premium...gas guzzling trucks and suvs are not. My plan is to get a gas guzzling truck or SUV next...which are READILY available around these here parts.
Go blow some of that misinformed hot air into your bicycle tires! you know better than to think I haven't ALREADY researched prices and availability on the vehicles I'm interested in. -
2021-07-22 at 5:50 PM UTCExample:
https://www.carmax.com/car/20223066
$18k only 21k miles...
My car is currently valued around $8k
So $ 10k balance for an SUV with only 21k on it.
Boom nigga...I SAID BOOOOOM. -
