"doing a shake and bake can cause explosion" is a misleading statement.
The only thing flammable in the entire vessel is the lighter fluid and as you aren't HEATING it up like a phosphorus cook then how the fuck does it explode?
if you can figure that out you can figure out how to avoid it from ever happening. It's pretty easy to avoid starting a fire in a moist bottle with a mildly flammable solvent and no application of heat.
this doesn't really scream bomb to me
it's a pretty common experiment for kids in school to throw some alkali metal in a beaker of water

If you 'blow your hand off' cooking shake and bake then you fucked up pretty bad because even a can of solvent detonating isn't that bad and if you are using more than that you fucked up.
if you want some real danger try doing the birch reduction for real I almost killed myself a few times by accident fucking with ammonia
