i did once last week went to a boxing class sat morning and drank like a whale the whole day in evening after this class subday and finally mondya i slept all day and at night went to the mma class. it was all conditioning and partner drill work holding pads or gloves tho so no sparring unfortunately both days. but i am so tired today i can barkey walk and am drinking again. we did these drills where you would grab a mid kick to ribs and trip the guy or he would get out by pointing knee down and you would grab him form back and lift him. my knee is actually doing well now even tho i was diagnosed with an injury and a surgery would take me out of fommission or much movement for six months. this private practice or orthopedician thinks i only have a yr to a yr and half to get it if i hope to restore it to full natural dondition but i dont know if i should believe him? it sucks how that class this time was so full of beginners. and so little aliveness or sparring. im just getting bad luck running into these classes lately. but its still useful to keep balance and practice some basics. the boxing vlass was super high level with cocky bastards and this one was kids and beginners. im starting to think i should either fovus on muay thai and find a pure muay thay gym with ckinch training none of thes ehybrid gyms do or no gi jiu jitsu.
yea but its helping me come to. like i felt super tired and soar but once ihave a couple beers in me at the bar now i feel sort of good or functional again. its hard to explain. sometimes also after a heavy workout drinking is like euphoria.
