   whats grander is that they since they installed cameras at EVERY traffic light they became innundated with live feeds which makes it impossible to monitor so without sensors those cameras are useless unless people manually rewind the recordings, which cops usually do to track criminals and stolen vehicles.
   
   people are still running red lights with impunity.

   Here is Houston (and I'm sure other parts of the great state of Tejas) the Speed/traffic cameras were banned. So one is free to run the red light at 90mph as you see fit.

   I heard in America nobody uses crosswalks properly and there is just an endless stream of people that walk into moving traffic and expect you to slow down. And they do. Because of litigation culture crosswalks are a slow crawl of cars trying to avoid people.
