As soon as America has an economic collapse, and falls apart the same way all states that are based on material consumption do (the USSR fell apart, with millions dying from extreme poverty, literally because the commissars weren't happy with what was in the shops) China and India will literally move in and take over Africa.
Africans will probably live as refugees or something, like Palestinians, except way worse off. -
