Wouldn't do much good, because you'd have to get the data onto the card through your ISP in the first place, and the feds log all those links and sources and the browsing history at the ISP level. They don't even need the actual content on the card to prove you downloaded it and had it. -

the data is encrypted and passed thru multiple random proxies so thats taken care of. either way, having a connection log isnt proof of shit, how do you prove the persons PC wasnt a zombie for a hacker? with possession they have proof of premeditation. with just a connection log, premeditation (intent) is hard to prove.
