   how many of you ever exprinced the alcoholics or drug addicts moment of clarity? if so what was it for you or under what circumstances did you have it? were you passed out ona. bench with your wallet missing or was it something else?

   when i started experiencing extreme mood swings, at one point taking minutes to go from happy go lucky to suicidaly depressed which persisted throughout the day, it was so bad that i had to induce myself into a benzo coma to fall asleep which was the only relief.
   
   i came very close to ending it all.
   
   the clarity came afterwards when i realized what a privilege it was to be boring and stable.
