   Getting welfare is so easy, just go complain about homophobia and human rights and not having enough to eat, and ask about training courses and options. If you are long term unemployed in a place like Canadia you should be able to get paid for college + allowance through it. There are so many schemes and allowances and things they do. It's not hard, you just need to engage with the system.
