I just got done cooking some eggs and had something very rare happen today. One of the eggs had a double yolk. I can't remember the last time I ate a double-yolked egg. I thought that, for some reason unknown to me, they screened all of the double-yolk eggs out these days. BTW, I bought them at Aldi's.
When was the last time you ate a double-yolked egg?

They aren't that uncommon, relatively speaking. I'd say I see one about once out of every 3 dozen eggs.

From a grocery store or your nearby farmer?

Some guy who comes to your house from a local farm?
If so, apples and oranges.
