I never threw the furst punch or techńically i did after i confronted hima nd he charged wt me grabbing my shirt but the charge and grab occurred by him first.
What Luciano did was get in a fight with me maybe he srood alone or on side on the phone knowing im looking for him hoping id confront him who knows. and he did it to either lose or thought i was a punk who wont ever engage him. so basically he didnt call the cops right away he used another guy he knew with a pony tail who i noticed later my second round around pn my bike like an hour later or 45 minutes i noticed him. and nomcops were there. so he saw me the other guy im wuite sure because as i stood from fsr away at the hook noticing them and rode by i saw them walking inside the trailer. later i was in a bar in santa cruz and heard the sirens this was like an hour and a half after the fight.
