Mayor says Shulz was targeted though it's pretty early for a claim like that and the police haven't even made a statement on whether it was intentional or the guy just lost control.“This was a terrorist attack against the LGBT communities. This is exactly what it is,” Trantalis said. “It was deliberate, it was premeditated and it was targeted against this specific person. Luckily they missed that person, but, unfortunately, they hit two other people,” he added.

I know a (supposedly)exmeth head who lives on a boat fleeing child support in another state who looks like that.
He kept harassing me for sex and acted like a sick in public to me. (He got mad at me for using heroin knowing full well from go I use fucking heroin. I reported him since this state will extradite and mentioned he hates cops and "might " have firearms. He came crying that his girlfriend left home a week before, reported him for child support and found out when he got back from his brother's from the slip owner (his "landlord"). He cried and said he was scared. "The cops showed up TWO DEEP!!!" I rolled over in my hammock and said "that's too bad " and went back to sleep.
He slept in the bug infested part of the woods for 2 months. He's also blown 5k + on some chat site with animated avatars. Cringy. Cringier than spending 500k+ on meth.
I don't feel too great about most my life choices, however I felt pretty good about that one. My only regret is not following up to make sure he got sent back to whatever hick ass state he's from. -
