my workplace is male dominated because it is intense and fast paced work, we have only two females working here and they are both dykes who look and behave like men. typical women rarely work out here, but my boss is pressured every now and then to fill gender and racial quotas which is why this bitch got on board i guess.
of course the guy she made a complaint against is this aging liberal soy-boy who has been kissing her ass and following her around like a lapdog from day one.
how long do you guys give them until they are both canned? -

He should have a write up on her for making a judgement call on him. Maybe he has a bit of a social disorder and can't stare people in the eyes but uses the chin or neck or torso while talking because she makes him uncomfortable with a stare down of power. and making a false accusation first because maybe she was checking his junk out.

guess what fuys, he was fired yesterday. im glad i didnt make a bet on this because i was gonna give it a month or two.
the bitch is still on board, the guy who was dismissed has been here for almost 10 years and while we didnt get on intellectually, he was a hard worker who never missed a day. management said he was dismissed because demand for our output has slowed and they gotta downsize. right, so they start with a senior employee? and just conveniently we had a pep talk on how the company has a zero tolerance policy for sexual harrassment. yeah, his canning had nothing to do with him orbiting the new bitch, im sure.
