Why did Canada bring in gangsters?. You had few until probably 1990s. Did you wish for a relatively boring but peaceful nation should look more like inner city red zoning?.
I'm not saying Toronto or some other large cities didn't have crime or gangs, but you brought in gangs from west Indies and Africa and their children adopted gangsta into a nation with little graffiti. And this was a known fact about Toronto. You dirty the streets, a street crew came by in an hour..shit was spotless like north Korea is today
