NYC with its new "lease over air space" is funny. they're build out an existing building to hang more real estate above another building. if you're an apartment owner or even house owner in Manhattan you might get rich if you dont care about losing your sunlight on the roof (where most new yorkers tan and BBQ in the summer months) by leasing out the sky above your house.

what the fuck is kidoodleTV. When I was a kid I always thought to myself when watching childrens shows with real life adults in them like blues clues "where do they find these people" there was always something uncanny about an adult kids show host.
It looks like they farmed that out to youtube. That's actually genius because these people already appeal to kids instead of having to mold the person into a character or image to appeal to kids they can just find someone who can be themselves.
