The word itself is not offensive, if it was it would be offensive regardless of the color of those using it....HOW you as the receiver interprets it is the offensive part. I never said I blindly follow the rules of society, also I could be lying. If you ask me buying an ounce of cocaine, selling a few grams to some friends who do it all in one night and then doing the rest yourself is not a crime. What crime? If you take a handful of xanax and sell a bunch of drugs but don't remember it and nobody else does either because they were also fucked up was a crime ever committed?
If there was a camera there recording you handing pills to someone and them handing you money and you both dropped your wallets and the cops came and picked you up but found no drugs (because you did them all) and both of you admitted to buying and selling drugs, could you even be charged with a crime?
There is video evidence of a drug transaction happening but is that enough to convict someone of "selling drugs"? I don't think so. In fact this has even happened before.
