    And the percentage of distance relative to circumference is the same. Only planet known to have this perfect effect. Also, the moon is closest to a perfect sphere minus mountains and craters at like 99.97 percent where I believe Titan is the next. Most moons are not symetric and are oblong

    Its true. And it has nothing to do with mass dictates how close or far its rotation. The moon should be closer to earth, also it has an eclipsed orbit. But during its total eclipse this is where the distance to width ratio are the same. But the moon gets 17% farther than its closest approach when its closest becomes a super moon.
