   Quick Mix Ready Dark Matter [jealously defalcate my upanishad]
   Gigi went to bed at 4pm to take a nap, sometime later I took a nap with her.. maybe after 5 . Have to see when my last post was. Woke up at midnight and shes still sleeping. Had to make sure she was breathing. Became I didnt wake up from her usual snoring. I slep 7 hours straight. Solid, no interruptions. Feel wide awake but its fucking still to early. Might go back to bed in an hour, get up at 4:30am because when i feel safe enough to go back to work based on guidlines i need to have a few hours to prepare, breakfast, morning exercise for an hour after stretching then treadmill, curl weights, bathing, drying off properly so your nuts dont itch, wake up to coffee n tv, posting retarded shit on here or whatever.
   
   Fucking hell..pushing senior years is scary. You all will be here before you know it.

   I was told you need less sleep the older you get...that's a lie.
   
   I used to manage just fine on 4hrs when I was a young fella-me-lad...not now though I need at least 8hrs to be fully functional...which I rarely get.
