Looks tasty. what type of parasite do u think u will contract from that beef? The upside is that the nutritional content is significantly higher in raw meat, as compared to cooked.

u ever drink a regular iced tea with ur meal? Slavs tend to pair food with alcohol moreso than Americans.

Its scarey at first trying it. But I had it before. I wont eat it today out of fear of E-coli but it wasn't bad. its like eating uncooked haggis. if you were weird enough not to boil or broil haggis. which is just minced meat. bi products. kind of like spiced potted meat. canned potted meat is really delish with mayo mixed in it on Ritz crackers. essentially its liverwurst but with pig or beef tripe, tongue, head cheese (brain) and kidneys and stuff that usually gets put in cat or dog food.

its not bad when its cooked right. Visual is 80 percent of the meal (Prolly.. fuck do I know, Im no Master Chef)

Also, Wario, it's original origins I think is Arabia or Middle East

Mongol warriors—called Tatars or Tartars were believed to have kept raw meat under their saddles to tenderize before eating. Garnished tartare is most likely a German dish.

Chances are pretty good that youll get sick as fuck from raw beef, if it really is raw

I eat steak tartare often(twice per month) never been sick, many preparations(for low quality cuts) have it dressed in an acidic dressing that kills any would be harmful bacteria.

You just have to wear a mask inside your body.

There's a local asian guy everyone calls "Duck" he owns 2 eateries one traditional Chinese americanized take-out & another fine dinning Japanese spot. He does a great raw kobe filet/tenderloin diced w/ chopped green onion, drizzled w/ sake finished w/a raw duck egg on top @ the jap spot. It's some of the most decadent shit you'll eat.
