Prison aint my scene. Wario talking about it encessantly tells me he was not in general population with murders. Jail, maybe but not way would a sex offense of a minor be place in the same cell blocks quarters as gang members or murderers because they would be killed.
Seems Wario is happier in jail life. He loves to talk about it. He has money and freedom and never seems to enjoy that or the company of older women unless they put out. No joy in the chase and foreplay.

I didn't like the sussy scenes so I would go home, smoke meth and play video games instead and then they would call me up at 4am from the police station like HEY MAN YOU GOTTA BAIL ME OUT
I tried going to the police station in a taxi high on meth and drunk with a big wad of cash and they said they only take debit and asked where I got the money. I said my WALLET motherfucker! bunch of bitches.

Better they steal and smoke it then steal, smoke it, arrest and process you for it.
Civil forfeiture law existed as far back as 1930s prohabition period and was rarely enforced after prohabition until 9/11/01 attack that Bush gave it a push start that anyone carrying more than 2500USD can have their money arrested with or without contraband. Just based on officers suspicion though a DA will sometimes release it back, It is more rare than not it is given back.

Is asked in (of all the fucking states, Nevada) if he has drugs, illegal weapons, contriband, illegal aliens or exotic fruits ( a big no no at bug shack check points/ med fly).
