   Light Is at a consistant speed while sound speeds can vary slightly based on atmosphere indifference
   
   Of course in a house of mirrors I suppose light could have an affect on speed.

   They also beamed Lazer off of a mirror on the moon. The delay responce showed the exact speed it moves

   Change the medium light travels through and it will change the speed.
   The speed of light is measured while traveling through space. If you change the medium to water for example, you will decrease the speed at which that light travels.
   
   Also we will probably never know the exact speed of light, as that number is reserved for instruments of measurements beyond us.
