I would be sitting on my computer playing games and some crack head would come up and try to sell me DVDs or put their cig out in my drink because they are high as fuck. People came and went constantly and there was a non stop party

Ok then it sounds like we are talking about very different things. I would not have characterized your adolescence so. You have mentioned your parents were drug addicts at the time and you were fortunate enough not to fall victim to CPS as many have (myself included). That would be a very tough environment to develop and grow in. As someone who is familiar wit da 4st LWN area I can certainly sympathize with you and imagine any child being raised in that environment would have some lasting scars.
However I would dispute the injection of yourself into thr narrative; if you are implying you were a driving force of this chaos this is clearly not the case. One could be lead to assume you were a member of an organized crime syndicate who participated in activities for the furtherance of the Gangs status and would be considered a member by those considered to be members. It more seems like you grew up in a lower class household with guardians who may or may not have smoked "food" and possibly have purchased drugs from persons associated with a criminal syndicate.
