now would you shoot wet cement from the jetpack from a lake full of wet cement? you can't shoot wet cement at a lake of water. you would't get lift because the cement becomes concret when it dries but water stays liqued and so you woudnt get lift if you pushed a blast of wet concrete into liqued water from the agragate stuff
