    If an employer requires proof of vaccine and you refuse to get it you will be refusing work which breaks the participation agreement.
    
    Of course they can't take a person off for refusing a jab so they use red tape to get around that.

    If they terminate your file for that, you can appeal and you will win. Document everything. Get a lawyer in on it, if you can.

    They shouldn't give ghost welfare, employ him or allow him to leech off hts, he should be marked and fed only meat about to spoil, veggies near rotting and to drink from drain runoff or puddles only.
