    nice. i havent drank all day and yesterday eitner and its 8pm. im thinking of going on a beer run after i finally clean this place.

    The thing is I can never train or hit my pendulum bag or even do sit ups or anything after two beers go down. I am too tired today anyway for some reaosn I didnt sleep much and yesterday did a bit of training at the park practicing my kicks on trees and handstands which I cant walk more than two or three hands but at least for a couple seconds i can finally balance on my hands. I also was finally able to do the cartwheel kick where my rear foot hits the tree instead of going just in front of it every time. but I dont know if that got me so tired or the fact I drnak so much the days before yesterday or the 4-5 hrs of sleep so I am doing nothing today.

    im thinking of starting a workout channel like a youtube channel of my unique workouts. I combine basic standing yoga streches with some hand stand practice and kicks on trees as well as air to get that full rotation and some jump kicks but I since i have hurt leg slightly and just because I am so right side dominant I can only do good ones with my right leg. I have also developed this kick where I bounce off the tree with my rear leg and as I am going abck i hit it with the main kick with the other leg than land but can only do it somewhat well with leg first up first than the rotation with right.

    every time I think you can't be more dumb than you already are, you prove me wrong. Getting taken advantage of in prison really did a number on you.

    There are plenty of prison workout channels you dumbo. My workouts are more quniue and much harder to actually learn to do than theirs. Or at least they take more balane and athleticism that can by the way over time be developed.

    I sometimes do headstands as well. it is easier when there is a wall in front of you but I can do them for like five seconds sometimes if I get the balance right on flat surface. Some prisoners do them too in prison but again msot of them unlike me can jsut do them against a wall.
