2021-05-16 at 11:11 PM UTCI never did more than 10 days in Jail at one time,, mostly cuz I was a fast nigger,, I could outrun the cops in a 50 dolla car almost every time,, but I'm so old that way back then it was only 10 points and an 80 dolla fine for trying to out run the popo and it was 0 points and no fine for getting away,, why not pull over you may ask,, well fake tags was 50 bucks and no inspection sticker was 45 and no ins was 100 bucks so it was better just to run

Salt, pepper, garlic, finely diced onions as a baseline.
Often Shan Chapli Kabab Masala.

That's my base for most things.
Never thought of adding masala or rosemary type stuff. I feel like I couldn't just have a regular ass burger if I did that. That added seasoning is a whole mood and I don't know what I'd put on the burger for it.
Sometimes I put cinnamon sugar apples on my burger. I usually make it with pork and have started adding apples to more and more things. Thinking about putting some in the patty now.

Yes it's not for every time. I just like chapli kabab. Italian herbs are more subtle and give flavour without being too busy imo. It's a good middle ground.
Without anything else, regular burgers often taste somewhat bland to me. I also use more salt than most places. -

2021-05-17 at 2:14 PM UTCwelp I got side tracked and wound up transplanting raspberry's and lilacs oh yeah and unloading the awesome wooden beam short cuts I scored yesterday,, I made them into steps to get on top of my stacked firewood where I keep lumber and a snowmobile.
Living on an acre with only 1/4 acre of non swamp makes me have to stack my stuff.
every year tho I buy more fill and rise up out of the swamp just a little bit more,, I'm starting to feel like TRUMPThe following users say it would be alright if the author of this post didn't die in a fire! -

I did go for a morel hunt,, found 11 then I moved 20 100 lb propain tanks to the back of the property.
