naphthoyl indoles are relatively simple and straight forward which is why "spice" is even a thing that can be sold for $10 because it costs pennies per dose to produce in industrial quantities.
The problem is that most of the production takes place in china and they don't give a shit about quality control. I have never heard of a European or American lab producing synthetic cannabanoids.
Despite there being a wealth of literature related to RC's they aren't widely produced outside of asia.
It's easier to make syncans than it is to make MDMA.
