They would drug the kid up and put a bomb vest on em while knocked out, then bring the kid to the border and tell em that their mother is at the Israeli check point. Palestinians have large families, and it is considered heroic to sacrifice a family member for "the cause". Also the family gets paid decent money for such acts, many choose to build nice villas with it. -

When they say "use kids" I think that ignores a large cultural aspect that these kids grow up in an occupation, it's a cultural thing on both sides.
To the jedis they are all just evil terrorists which is why they have no problem blowing the kneecaps off a 14 year old for throwing a rock at a tank because next time it probably won't be a rock. -
