So ever since the God Emperor has taken his rightful position i have begun to really disconnect from the political sphere. Various realizations have directed my opinion to that of "politics and activism are for fools and the ignorant". I mean i am still pretty "fuck the government" but at the same time they are the government. I dont like everything they do but neither does anyone else.
So basically what has happened is that i dont talk politics for the most part. Not because i don't have a view on matters but because "individuals" keep making the same invalid arguments. Im fucking pissed about it actually.
Everyone participating in the 5 man con* is really unaware of what is going on. The most glaring issue is that the political parties are transforming through disassembly of the current two. But the alternatives presented are filled with people even dumber than the idiocy present in either the Republican or Democratic options. This is because the "new" parties are recruiting the most easily influenced into their movements. Realistically this strengthens the republican and democrat parties. The danger is that we now have a higher movement of the ignorant mass to and from various points on the political spectrum.
A break from my political reasoning and more onto my psycosocial evaluation of the situation. Key is understanding the human animal on a basic level. Essentially we have numerous "individuals" that make up the collective humanity. There is a spectrum of individuality and this age has blossomed a diversity of "individualists". It is a rejection of conformity that confirms this. It is the us/them basis of the two man con. To demonstrate i ask you to just look at the people today. There is no modern ordinary style of dress. The basis of my observation is that people are being fooled into believing that they dress themselves. In a sense this is true. They generally preform the ritual of dressing undressing themselves. But the clothing they are wearing, while it is a choice by the individual, is still not a product of themselves.
Why am i speaking of how people dress and saying it makes them crazy? Because percieving how someone presents themselves has shown me that those more inclined to a chaotic style of dress are more embedded in various social influences than those that dress simply. Basically you can see the level of control over the masses by what styles° are adopted. This is a generality and not a rule to he followed in every case. Fashion is not itself always political and a persons fashion does not nessicarily align them with this or that group. Rather the point is that those who arent concerned with their fashion accept the fashion of those that are and adopt it as a part of their own style simply because monkey see monkey do.
So my response to various realizations like these have resulted in a political apathy. Most generally i have begun to regard people at a basic level as a sort of input output module. What they tune in to effects the output. And there is no shortage of channels in this cyberspace age, and so i cannot respect anyones politics because the brunt of it is based on self conditioned believes intertwined with individual feeling on matters which are theb solidified when these collide with a source that validates them. Basically people really really want to feel good about their opinions and beliefs and when they are validated they are able to feel good. The invalidation of these believes are the basis of the cancerous promotion of "systemic oppression"
Politics is a losing game on every side because each of the new parties are intent on burning the system while the grand old party is clinging to a system that is obviously quite wreked. Each political movement is just a ripple in a social pond which pushed "believers" in the direction of their chosen wave. We can look at the relation of cardinal directions to the political spectrum as an example. The people are being pushed towards various points on this spectrum of left, conservative, right, liberal. They generally dont understand why they end up where they are in this graph because they ended up there based on a feeling and not a reasoning.
Problematically people very much seem to enjoy political discussion and telling them that their viewpoints and feelings do not matter is equivalent to saying nothing at all. Political people are beginning to see my apathy for their positions and so since i input no validation of their belief, acceptance of their points, or alternative solutions for their percieved social problems they get rather frustrated. I of course will listen to ones view on the matter but the more cookie cutter it is the quicker i am to really shut off from the conversation.
*the 5 man con is an extension of the 2 man con. The 2 man con is demonstrated by democrat/republic political parties. Around '16 this system was modified by the addition of three more con men. The first is the greens the second is the fashy and the third is the indy.
°Style plays an important role but will mot be expanded upon except to say that any style a person choose is a reflection of something contained within that person.

so in a nutshell, if peoples politics dont agree with your own, then you refuse to engage. hows that working out for you?
I think it's more, in a nutshell, 90% of political arguments are buzz words and rhetoric these days. Most people are set in their ways and refuse to bend toward a compromise. It's all my dad could beat up your dad when in fact our two dads should get together for some ales sometime and become good drinking buddies. Sick world.
The following users say it would be alright if the author of this
post didn't die in a fire!

It's kind of nice. Also, the psychological implications are kind of interesting if you think about it.
You know how if you are one in a million there are a couple thousand of you walking around? I imagine "you" are the dutch version of the american version of "me". Or course our various proclivities differ but in our general interests there seem to be common threads.

Actually i am one in 7 billion and so are you, but that doesn't mean our general interests and personality characteristics don't align. We are just extra fortunate that way.
