I think it's the early kernel of true transhumanism. We are beginning to learn how to stimulate change and adaptation within our own biological processes at a level of granularity and mass effectiveness that was never remotely possible before.
Right now it will be used to customize therapies for various conditions that were previously impossible to target. But in the near to mid term future it's very possible the same technology will be adapted for performance enhancement (sports juicing is actually a very active research industry) and then move on to other areas of human enhancement. For example I can imagine that in some decades they might be able to adapt humans for higher tolerance to ambient radiation for space colonisation, or perhaps even prepare them for electronic implants so they integrate with them rather than rejecting them, again by tuning the body's own immune system. It might accelerate human evolution once such treatments become optional and openly available because people will naturally try to select for treatments that benefit them in their social environments. -

He's done using it. Douglas Monks is dead and he would want me to pick up some of the pieces and keep it moving.
And no i've never been to texas. I've left wisconsin 4 or 5 times in my life for vacation. I want to move to Cambodia or Florida. -
