Not the states.
The Republican parties in those states drafted bills.
Doesnt mean they'll pass.
It's stupid and has no precedent anyway. You already needed vaccines to travel to certain countries or go to public funded schools. Anyone 'against vaccines' is just a moron and probably poor and not traveling anyway -
