Amazon, depending on the game. I bought AoE2 on CD through Amazon a couple years back. People already said Ebay which is the really obvious one.
Beyond that? Buy and sell groups, maybe. Garage sales (although lol, doubt there's many of those going on with covid).

Pawn shops and beat up old gaming stores might have some as well. Obviously Gamestop/EB Games or whatever won't have shit but you might luck out with a smaller non-chain place. They tend to have a lot of old shit, although mostly they just to cater to fat soychugging "retro gamers" with NES hard-ons.
