Im looking at Herlong which is north of Doyle (yeah.. its as real as my given second nickname)
though the crime stats show its an F for safety. LOL. like ghetto in the desert. but mind you, mix race. so its just a typical country town probably lots of fights and knife stabbings going on. Glad I dont drink anymore. Honestly I dont know why it has such a shitty rating. cant be any worse than towns I have lived in.
Directly west of Burning Man Festival in Black Rocks Desert. not that I would attend, but I might go up into the mountains and watch it from a distance.

Yeah I corrected myself. the 2.5 would be easier to maintain.
I have to bulldoze it out and get gravel to level it off (or dirt). the seller knows a guy with a loader. i might put a large metal garage on it at first. a place to store supplies when building a structure on it. build a small off grid cabin and then maybe buy a pre-fab when I get a well and proper septic in there.
some people from the area I live in are buying up there. so people take their time building. permits have only like a year though. so first thing I need is a well.
