39-year-old man dated 35 women to collect birthday presents

A Japanese man is accused of dating nearly three-dozen women in order to collect as many birthday presents as possible.
Takashi Miyagawa, 39, was arrested in Osaka, Japan for allegedly defrauding at least 35 women by telling them he wanted a serious relationship, according to Japan Today.
Miyagawa, whose alleged scam is believed to have netted nearly $1,000 in cash and gifts, reportedly works part-time and has no fixed address. His birthday is Nov. 13, though the alleged scammer is said to have told a 47-year-old woman he recently dated that his special day was Feb. 22. It was in February that some of Miyagawa’s alleged marks formed a “Victims Association” and went to police with their stories.
One victim came forward claiming the supposed birthday boy told her the big day was in April. Another target believed his birthday was in July.
Miyagawa reportedly met at least some of his victims while working as a shower head salesman. Japanese news station MBS news confronted him in January before criminal charges were filed. In footage posted to YouTube last week, Miyagawa is seen running away from a reporter and a cameraman.
Japan Today said online commenters marveled over all the coordination that must be involved in dating so many people and keeping dates straight. Others noted he must be a good salesman. One commenter called him an “awful person.”

Yes, those are the only people who are upset when they receive a gift. IT makes for bad people. You lament that you will now be expected to repay the favour.

i just don't want material possessions, everything I do is free or I already own it so why would I want more.
I don't understand people that NEED to buy every new console like hiki who owns every model playstation. People that buy a new console whenever it comes out are weird, most of the new games suck and are better on PC anyways.
and we have like 3 computers already
