yeah its hilarious, I wasn't even using it in a racially charged. It was raining really hard at the shop and water was leaking through the ceiling pretty bad and I was like "man this store is really ghetto"

In NYC Irish and Italians and Polish lived in NYC Ghettos in the 1800s. Ghetto is just an undesirable place and is used towards behaviour that comes off not common and uncomfortable to see. -
